OUR MISSION
To create a facility for the Pittsburgh area youth that allows for participation in year-round programming in a safe environment. Few organizations and facilities currently exist that provide comprehensive programs for the youth in Pittsburgh’s east side neighborhoods.
OUR STORY
Growing up as student athletes, we had opportunities for growth and development from our parents, elders, and friends. With having certain guidance growing up, we as individuals were able to obtain certain knowledge and life skills throughout child and adulthood.
OUR PROMISE
Our commitment & promise is to the youth, in providing them with learned experiences, lessons, and foresight for the world that awaits them. We strive to empower these kids to find their path and stay on it as they become young adults.
WE PROVIDE TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS WITH REAL WORLD TRAINING.

WE PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL SUPPORT
We are here to be a supportive resource for you as parents. Our programs will support your youth’s development and athletics, while providing them with a safe community of like-minded kids who are striving to rise above.
ESTABLISH A GO TO RESOURCE FOR AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
A412A provides local school districts with an added resource to offer their students more after school programs and the opportunity to connect with more kids who can grow & learn together in the community.
Description Title
We are looking to connect with local sports organizations to build partnerships with Pittsburgh based companies and foundations who share the common goal of helping our youth succeed.
OUR GOAL
To provide an atmosphere that places young student athletes in better positions to handle everyday life circumstances which will in turn allow them to craft their own futures and career paths. We believe our organization can set the right tone and provide generational guidance to the current youth, their family households, and any future generations to come.
